The root of lower back issues is often in postural alignment, how we sit and stand effects all our movement. Increase muscular strength to support your skeletal structure, create flexibility to offer greater mobility. Discover the relationship between the spine, pelvis, shoulders and legs. Learn modifications to support and protect the back so you can enjoy a yoga practice that is free from injury.
