Great News! Saw Mill Club’s has a new Yoga Director, Michelle Briks

Saw Mill Club is pleased to announce Michelle Briks has accepted the position of Yoga Director at SMC. Join us in congratulating Michelle on her well deserved promotion to this newly created position at the club.

Michelle has 10 years of experience teaching yoga and has received extensive training and certifications in anatomy, Vinyasa and Prana flow styles, and Ayurvedic Yoga therapy.
Since 2009, Michelle has helped elevate the personal yoga journeys of SMC members, one flow at a time. Her passion for designing rewarding yoga experiences has helped the program grow into a highly regarded Yoga destination.
Michelle is also the founder of Saw Mill Club’s Ohra Yoga Training Center. She has been the force behind bringing both the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and the 300 Hour advanced teacher training programs to Westchester County. Ohra Yoga is located at Saw Mill Club.
