Saw Mill Club Tennis Camps, run by USPTA Certified Professionals are designed for kids interested in building a solid foundation of tennis fundamentals in a challenging and fun environment.
10 & Under Summer Tennis Camp
Our Goal is to provide a solid foundation of tennis fundamentals in a challenging and fun environment. This program is designed to follow the USTA pathway and guidelines. We will be using the age appropriate, USTA approved tennis balls and court dimensions.
The goal of the Junior training program is to provide an intensive and fun program for those who have committed to improving their game. Participants will be encouraged to start playing USTA tournaments.
The EDGE Tennis program is designed for players who are actively involved in tennis tournament play and are serious about developing the skills required to reach their individual goals for competitive USTA play.
The foundation of this program is based on developing crucial areas of competitive tennis.
From dress-up parades & face painting to animal interactions & science experiments, Camp Saw Mill is the premier day camp for little kids offering imaginative play, outdoor adventures, fitness, crafts and so much more!
Macronutrient based food approach- Custom Macro & Calorie plans based on food intake, activity levels & body composition. Learn about food & nutrition and how it relates to your health and fitness. Will give you the tools and habits to create lasting lifestyle change.
Monthly commitment Includes
60 min Initial Consultation in person with designated certified nutrition coach.
30 min consultation in person or video conference every two weeks.
Monthly Inbody scale assessment.

The Studio of Excellence Award is given by the Association of Dance Competitions & Conventions (ADCC) to studio's participating in ADCC member competitions including Platinum Dance Competition, Starbound Dance Competition in addition to 30 plus competitions around the country.
Every competition held by these organizations, the Studio of Excellence Award is awarded to a studio of their choice that best exemplifies the values of The ADCC, which include working together and striving for excellence.
