Learn how to move with intention and calm the mind in this 6-week workshop. Tai Chi has been practiced for centuries as a way to relieve stress, refocus the mind, and gently strengthen the body. We will learn a series of movements, a sequence of breathing exercises (Qi Gong) all followed by deep relaxation.
