New Group Ex Classes for April!
Midday Muscle
11:00am–12:00pm
Just late enough to miss the morning rush, take care of appointments and errands or volunteer in school. This class has a slower pace and concentrates on muscle toning to build strong bones.
Alignment, form and, of course, Fun!

T25 Plyo Strength
9:30-9:55am
Kathleen will take you thru 25 minutes of plyometric moves using a step and 5lb weights.
T25 ABs and JABs
10:00–10:25am
Then we lighten up for a 25 minute cardio block with 2lb weights and a mat for Abs and JABs
with Kathleen
Begins April 8
Zumba
10:30–11:30am
Enjoy a Latin dance party with New instructor Jorge. This Cardio Dance Class never feels like work but helps burn off those guilty Saturday night calories
