Youth Fit Program
If your child would like to be able to use the Fitness Center unattended, enroll today! Designed to educate your 12 – 13 year old on the benefits of exercise and will allow your child to use the fitness center unattended. These sessions will improve their self esteem, sport specific performance and learn an overall healthy life-style by working out. This program includes 4 one-hour sessions with a personal trainer for $249.
